Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment for any Premium or Family subscription. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked.
This policy applies to all paid plans purchased via geslar.app: Premium (monthly and annual) and Family (monthly and annual). The Free plan requires no payment, so no refund is applicable.
2. Who is eligible for a refund
You are entitled to a full refund if the following conditions are met:
No questions asked: We do not require an explanation for the refund. Whether you've changed your mind, found that Geslar doesn't suit your needs, or are technically dissatisfied — the refund is approved.
3. How to request a refund
The process is simple. Send us an email and we'll take care of the rest.
  1. Email info@geslar.eu with the subject line "Refund request".
  2. Include the email address you registered Premium with and, if possible, the transaction or Lemon Squeezy Order ID from your receipt email.
  3. We'll confirm receipt of your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. The refund will be initiated through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your card issuer).
Tip: You can use the "Manage subscription" link in your Lemon Squeezy confirmation email to review the transaction before sending your request.
4. Refund processing
Timeline: Most refunds are credited to the buyer's card within 5–10 business days of request confirmation. In rare cases, issuing banks may need up to 30 days.
Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record: Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. The refund is credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
Currency and fees: The refund is in the same currency and the same amount as the original charge, including VAT. Geslar does not charge any processing fee for refunds. Any exchange rate differences between the payment date and refund date are not compensated.
5. Renewals and subsequent payments
Subscription renewals: The 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee applies to the first payment. For automatic renewals (the 12th and subsequent months of monthly plans, the 13th month of annual plans), refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
Pro-rata refunds: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, access to Premium features lasts until the end of the paid period. Pro-rata refunds for the unused portion are not standard, but you may request one and we will review the request individually.
6. Cancelling vs. refunding
Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are two different actions. Cancelling stops future charges, but you keep access until the end of the paid period. A refund additionally returns money already paid.
Your data: Whether you choose to cancel or refund, your local data remains intact on your devices. If you wish to permanently delete your account (including cloud data), you can do so in the Geslar Vault app: Cloud → Delete account.
7. Consumer rights (EU)
Right of withdrawal: As an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14) and Directive (EU) 2019/770. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum.
Online dispute resolution: If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, you have the right to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
